Botanical Products
Many of the domestic botanical products we sell are grown on the west coast, where we are located. We concentrate our efforts on buying the finest domestically grown products. The imported products that we stock are those that are not grown or processed in the United States, or which are in short supply.

Shelf Life
The shelf life of your botanical products will vary from months to years, depending on humidity and care conditions. Our products are delicate and can be adversely affected by the elements. It is best to keep them out of direct sunlight and wet, humid environments. Due to weather conditions such as heat and high humidity, botanical products tend to gain and lose weight. All heights, weights and bunch sizes given on our website are approximate.

 

Recycling Fountains

Our watering can-style recycling fountains are hand-made by J&T Imports and are guaranteed to work without defect for one year. They require very little maintenance and can last for many years with the proper care. That means checking the water level periodically as it does evaporate, making sure it is plugged in to a safe outlet, and making sure the spigot is in the open position. That's about all there is to it! Although the fountains can be used outdoors, adverse weather conditions can affect them over time - it can accelerate rusting. However, even after the warranty is expired, feel free to call us for any questions or help.
